So we decided to go another direction. At u-fab we search out great quality upholstery frames (or bones as we like to call them). When selecting items we look for the following things:

-solid wood frames

-high end springs, generally 8 way hand tied

-unique and classic styles

We take these high quality frames and do the following:

-re-tighten the solid wood frames

-re-tie the springs

-re-cover them in a basic fabric so you can pick the perfect fabric

After browsing our selection and finding the perfect sofa or chair for your room, we let you pick the fabrics and trims that work for you and we also let you pick the foam you want for the best comfort and durability. You can also change design details like adding skirts, changing cushion shapes or altering the upholstering style.

When it’s all done, you have the perfect piece of upholstery that has, last century’s quality, today’s looks and most importantly a truly unique one of a kind piece that you will never see anywhere else. Best of all we can do all of this for about the same price you would pay to buy a new piece somewhere else!
